5. Installation and Maintenance
Installation: In accordance with the terms of the contract, Adeept Solar will install the solar panel system at the customer’s chosen location. Schedule and availability affect installation services.
Maintenance: Following installation, customers are in charge of keeping the system in good working order. Adept Solar might provide maintenance services; if so, these will be covered by a different contract.
6. Warranty and Liability
Product Warranty: Adeept Solar provides guarantees for the goods it sells. Your product will come with specific warranty information, such as coverage and duration.
Liability Limitation: To the greatest extent allowed by law, Adept Solar’s liability is capped at the price the client paid for the particular good or service that resulted in the damage. Adept Solar disclaims all liability for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
