The Takedown Process
We will quickly remove or disable access to the purportedly infringing content upon getting a valid DMCA notice. Should the user who uploaded the content of the takedown request believe the material was removed in error, we will notify them and offer them an opportunity to submit a counter-notice.
Procedure of Counter-Notification
You may submit a counter-notice if you think a mistake or misidentification caused your material to be deleted or disabled. Please send the following information to file a counter-notice:

3. Under penalty of perjury, you say you think the material was removed in misidentification or error.
4. Adeept Solar may restrict or cut users’ access to the website for those who violate copyright laws repeatedly in line with the DMCA.

Adeept Solar is not in charge of any outside materials or content that might show up on our website. Our job is to give such material a stage on which to be housed. After appropriate notification, though, we will act to remove any infringing materials.
